User accounts

 

On signing up for a membership account, you are required to choose a password. You are fully responsible for all actions taken under that account and are only authorised to use the site with your own account details. You may not sell or transfer your account to any third party, nor permit anyone else to use your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your user account.

Retro GT reserves the right to cancel or suspend user accounts without notice.

Payments

 

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event we are unable to supply an item we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All payments are made using the secure Sage Pay Payment Gateway or PayPal. We do not store any payment card information.

Promo Codes/Discount Vouchers

 

Discount codes are issued subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. Retro GT reserves the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products. Only one discount may be used per order and these cannot be used against exchanges, extensions, money on account, delivery, gift packs or any other facility provided by Retro GT . Discounts may only be applied to internet orders.

Errors on Website

 

We reserve the right to cancel, or change any order due to technical errors.

Returns / Exchanges

 

In the unlikely event that you're unhappy with your items or have simply changed your mind, you may return them to us for an exchange or refund. We must be notified within 14 days of when you received your order. Your refund will include original delivery fees but not the cost of your return. Postage costs incurred by you are only refundable in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We cannot take responsibility for returns that are lost or delayed in the post. We therefore recommend that you use a tracked delivery service or obtain a certificate of posting.

Refunds can usually be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items. Exchanges may take up to 7 days to process.

Faulty / Damaged items

 

In the unlikely event that the items shipped to you are damaged, or are not what you have ordered, we will replace them at no cost to you. Please send a photo of any damaged items when contacting us.
