About this design

What happens when Albert Einstein travels into the past to eliminate Adolf Hitler?

It leads to an alternate history where the power vacuum caused by Hitler's absence opens the door for Joseph Stalin to expand his empire while the rest of Europe form an alliance to combat the Soviet threat.

The resulting clash between the Allied forces and the Soviet Red Army as they wage war over the sovereignty of mainland Europe becomes the setting for Red Alert. It is the second game in the groundbreaking 'Command and Conquer' series that (along with the 'Warcraft' series) popularised the real-time strategy genre. Red Alert featured excellent gameplay, online multiplayer support and a compelling storyline driven by famously cheesy live-action cutscenes.

Originally released for the PC in 1996, Red Alert took the Command and Conquer franchise into a zany and arguably more popular direction. The units were numerous, varied and hugely imaginative. The Soviets had control of superior ground and air forces like attack dogs, paratroopers, MiGs and the cheap-arse heavy tank rush tactic. The Allies however, had weaker tanks but could rely on stealth units and greater naval capabilities.

This is our tribute to Red Alert, a game that gave us so much hectic fun. It features the words 'Command and Conquer' in russian, the iconic Tesla coil, the formidable Mammoth tank and a drop of parabombs.
